Today at my day job as a SPED for an elementary school we were required to wear something from our culture. Since I’m African American I wore a combo of both Western clothing and African jewelry.

What is the biggest challenge you will face in the next six months?
The biggest challenge I will face in the next six months is planning my retirement from LAUSD as a SPED and the next chapter of my life without special Ed in that capacity in my life.
